Delivery

We deliver for you!  Creative Plants is proud of our delivery service and our staff members that brave the Arizona highways to get your plants to you in a safe and timely manner.  This service is our most challenging endeavor.  Our goal is to keep all of our customers happy all of the time.  In order that we may better serve you, we will need your help.  On January 1, 2008 we established a few new guidelines to help us achieve our goal.

Deliveries of orders of $150.00 and above within our local delivery area will be delivered for a fee of $10.00 on our delivery day to that area. 

Local orders to be delivered must be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Northern Arizona and Tucson orders must be placed no later than 10:00 am the day before our truck is scheduled to be there.

Delivery on orders outside our service areas will be made on a fee basis.  (Please phone for quote.)

We will be happy to provide rush delivery, custom delivery, and after hours delivery on a fee basis.  (Please phone for quote.)

Custom Potting

Creative Plants will be happy to do your custom potting on a fee basis.  We can create items to your specification or retro-fit our plants to your containers.  Advance notice of 72 hours is required for custom potting.  (Please phone for quote.)

Sales And Consulting

We are extremely proud of our staff and the acquired experience and knowledge they bring to our organization.   We have staff knowledgeable in soil science, water analysis, plant pathology, propagation, irrigation, sub-irrigation, interiorscape design, and installation.  We can even show you how to make a good tamale!!  Ole!  All of these services are available free of charge to our customers.  We can be reached by phone, e-mail, fax, or in person by appointment.
